Robin is the mother of a stillborn child. She gives birth to her lifeless baby, yet her body still gets prepares itself for breastfeeding. This means Robin has to spend numerous hours pumping her breast milk. But, as it's the only thing that still connects her to her child, to simply pour it away breaks her heart. She decides, therefore, to donate her milk, but this turns out to be easier said than done. Inspired by her own breastfeeding period and experiences of those around her, director Stefanie Kolk tells of rocky paths that open up for some parents in the postpartum period.
