Anthroposophy ­invented by Rudolf Steiner and continuously developed for more than a century ­is today practiced in various fields, such as education, medicine, agriculture and art. Is it an esoteric and unrealistic method of education, a fundamentalist view of the world or even a radical alternative to today¹s dominant capitalism? On a voyage from Egypt to Sweden by way of Germany and Switzerland, the film introduces people active in the service of anthroposophy and those who have left the controversial movement.
