John and Mickael are surgeons in the Marshall family clinic. The two brothers are complete opposites, except they both have a thing for Priscilla: but if one marries her, the other will have a broken heart. Mickael decides to try anyway. The arrival of a new nurse at the clinic turns things upside down. Samantha Bitch is prepared to offer anything to get what she wants, starting with her own charms.
