Jason Bourne
Jason Bourne (Matt Damon) has been living off the grid for years when the former CIA operative Nicky Parsons (Julia Stiles) finds him at the Greek/Albanian border where he earns money in illegal bare-knuckle-fights. Nicky's news about Bourne's past alarms a new guard at the CIA, lead by Robert Dewey (Tommy Lee Jones) and the hacker wiz-kid Heather Lee (Alicia Vikander), and the hunt for Jason Bourne starts anew.
The Bourne films are strongest when their talented leading man shows depth and vulnerability. In the new film we get glimpses of Bourne's inner torment, but the script never goes deep and sacrifices plot for action and never-ending and boring scenes of people in climatized rooms, typing vigorously on keyboards, glued to computer-screens, hunting Bourne virtually.
