Hangover: a hefty bill

How much would the fun of «Hangover» really cost? Vegas showman Jack Safin tallies up the bill.

One of the funniest comedies to come out of the US lately, the spectacularly popular «The Hangover» follows four buddies on their misadventures in Las Vegas, two days before one of them is due to be married.

After a stag night washed down with alcohol and spiced with drugs, they wake up with a colossal hangover the next day and no memory of the party – with Mike Tyson's tiger in their $4,200-a-night Las Vegas suite and the groom-to-be gone AWOL.

Jack Safin, an old hand in Vegas and the self-titled «greatest Vegas showman you will ever meet» has tallied up the cost of the four friends' bender, coming up with a grand total of US$ 59,850.
