Josh Brolin: rising superstar

Josh Brolin is definitely the man of the moment. Not that well known to the international public, he is soon to become a global star. In fact, few actors have accumulated such top-flight performances in the last few years.

Brolin was simply brilliant in the horror parody «Planet Terror»; as the terrifyingly corrupt cop in «American Gangster» he stole the show from Denzel Washington and Russell Crowe; he excelled in the wonderful «No Country for Old Men»; he played a George W. Bush more real than the original in «W.»; and he is overshadowing even Sean Penn in the currently movie «Milk».

After this tour de force, Brolin will next star alongside Anthony Hopkins in the next Woody Allen project – and may well eclipse that megastar as well.
