Life in prison for the son of Michael Douglas?

This is the possible sentence faced by Cameron, son and grandson of the dynastic actors Michael and Kirk Douglas, after having been caught last month in Manhattan selling large quantities of methamphetamine; prosecutors contend he has been doing so for more than 3 years.

With these serious charges comes possible jail time of between 10 years and a life sentence. The Douglas offspring was also arrested in Santa Barbara in 2007 for possession of cocaine.

A sad coincidence for Michael Douglas: in Steven Soderbergh's excellent «Traffic», the actor played the president's drug czar in charge of shutting down trafficking between Mexico and the US, whose daughter became addicted to drugs.
