John and Mickael are surgeons in the Marshall family clinic. The two brothers are complete opposites, except they both have a thing for Priscilla: but if one marries her, the other will have a broken heart. Mickael decides to try anyway. The arrival of a new nurse at the clinic turns things upside down. Samantha Bitch is prepared to offer anything to get what she wants, starting with her own charms. While the young husband soon only has eyes for this predator, the father dies. The clinic then gets a tempting buyout offer and John, who left to be with the bears in the far forests of Canada, returns to try and save the family business...

In this soap opera pastiche, Artus de Penguen borrows liberally from ER and Grey's Anatomy – love, betrayal, tricky and bloody operations in elevators – with a plot full of quirky characters and slapstick humor. Patients in this clinic can count on an entertaining treatment!
