Summer of Sam
During the summer of 1977, a killer called “Son of Sam” kills six people and injures seven. New York is in a state of shock and the police are lost. Vinnie - he works as a hairdresser - and Dionna – she is a waitress - are a married couple living in the Bronx. At night they go out, enjoying the pulsating New York night life. However, Macho Vinnie is a womaniser and cheats on his wife. One night, when slipping out to meet a woman, he stumbles across two victims of the killer. He gets it into his head that the killer saw his number plate and fears for his life. At the same time, the local mob decide to find the killer single-handedly. They draw up a list of everyone ‘different’ and ‘weird’. Vinnie discovers that his punk friend Ritchie features on the list and now he has to make a decision that will change his life forever.
