The psychiatrist Dr. Conrad is asked by a colleague to take over an 18 year-old patient who has shut everyone out. What appears to be a routine case turns into a dangerous race against the clock. The girl knows the secret number that leads to the spoils of a bank robbery. In order to speed up Conrad’s analysis, the bank robbers kidnap his daughter and give him only a few hours to break through to his patient’s psyche, who unfortunately refuses to say a word.
