Just when Jerry (Brad Pitt) thought he was quits with an old gangster, he is asked to carry out a final mission: locate the legendary revolver nicknamed "The Mexican " in spite of the disapproval of his girlfriend, Samantha (Julia Roberts), who refuses to accept that Jerry should lower himself in this way to this type of dirty deeds.
