With the efficiency of a general, Maria Fiore (Jennifer Lopez) organises weddings for the rich and beautiful of San Francisco. Her clients are people who can afford to rent Central Park for the day. They expect that everything is carefully and precisely planned. She has to make sure that there are no drunken fathers of the bride, no incontinent ministers and no nervous brides. And Maria is good at doing exactly that. But when it comes to her own love life, things are a bit more difficult.
