Vampire hunter Blade is again forced to go up against the bloodsucking undead, this time in the form of the reapers, an especially unappetizing species of things that go bump in the night. They put fear into even normal immortal vampires, as their tastes lead not only to humans, but also to the regular undead. To keep from being driven off their position at the top of the food chain, the vampires send a delegation to Blade with the suggestion of joining forces to wipe out the reapers. Let the guts spill where they may.
