Skunk Cunningham (*Eloïse Laurence*) lives in a small English village with his father (*Tim Roth*) and brother, on a circular dead end with three houses on it. One day his carefree childhood is rudely interrupted by serious drama: a neighbor severely beats the man next door, which sets off a series of tragic events on this usually quiet street. The lives of each family impinges exponentially on the others, leading in the end to inescapable ruin.
