A talented former soccer player, Orbéra (*José Garcia*) is now ruined, an alcoholic and in the middle of getting divorced. To get custody of his daughter, he has to get a decent job and treatment for his alcoholism. So Orbéra accepts a job as a coach for the local soccer team in Molenne, a small isolated village in Brittany. The team is already good enough to have made it to the championships, where the prize money would save the sardine factory where everyone works, and the whole village in the process. In preparation for this mission, the new coach brings in as ringers his old teammates (*Joey Starr*, *Franck Dubosc*, *Gad Elmaleh*, *Omar Sy*) who were all stars once, but have had little opportunity to play...
