For assembly line worker Douglas Quaid (*Colin Farrell*), life in the early 22nd century is not much fun. Most of the planet is inhabitable, living is hard and depressing. His only highlight is his wife Lori (*Kate Beckinsale*). One day, Douglas hears about Rekall, a company that turns dreams into reality. But when things go wrong, the factory worker becomes a man with a different “true” identity, hunted by an army of synthetic police officers controlled by Chancellor Cohaagen (*Bryan Cranston*). His only ally is the rebel Melina (*Jessica Biel*), who works for the underground movement led by Matthias (*Bill Nighy*).
