In 2020, Europe is made up of enclaves, outside of which chaos reigns, with refugees from all over trying to break in. How did mankind get here? After a war in Asia over the last few oil wells, a recession and mass poverty resulting from revolutions, urban power mongers have destroyed the established order. Against this backdrop, Laura Kuper and her sister Cecilia are manipulated by Konstantin, an evil puppet master out to destroy their lives.
