Just released from prison, a biker finds work on a campground on the shores of Lake Biel and attracts the attention of a young mentally challenged woman. Although aware of the dangers of having a relationship with her, he eventually goes with his feelings and finds himself in trouble with the law again.

Rather than make a drama of the story, well-known documentary filmmaker Paul Riniker has made a light, bittersweet summer fairy tale about two social outcasts that reveals the director's TV beginnings.
