Snow White and the Huntsman
"Twilight" star Kristen Stewart battles Charlize Theron in this Snow White adaptation by Rupert Sanders.
King Magnus (Noah Huntley), the father of Snow White (Kirsten Stewart), rules over a prosperous realm that one day is attacked by a secret army. Magnus manages to beat the warriors and to free the beautiful Ravenna (Charlize Theron), whom he marries. Ravenna wants power all to herself, so she kills her husband on their wedding night. Snow White flees, but Ravenna sends a huntsman after her (Chris Hemsworth)...
Commercial filmmaker Rupert Sanders proves with "Snow White" that he knows how to update a well-known story for today's times and audiences. Sanders does away with the usual plot in favor of an action-packed thriller and epic fantasy film with an emancipated main character.

The plot had the makings of greatness the acting is one step short of a B grad movie.
IF they do make a sequel of this then please do not sign on Kirsten Stewart as her acting is too hard to watch
On the whole a good movie, but it did seem to strech out quite long. Also, Kirsten Stewert was not very convinging. I was not impressed with her accent as it did changed from UK to US sometimes.
The scenes and effects were spectacular though.
