De vrais mensonges
After she receives an anonymous love letter, a hairdresser forwards it on to her mother to make her happy.
The manager of a hair salon receives a brilliantly written anonymous love letter, which was sent to her by an electrician she hires regularly. The man is the former head of the Asian translation department at Unesco and speaks Korean, Japanese, Italian and Chinese. Knowing her mother is depressed after recently being dumped, the hairdresser has the bad idea of passing on the letter to her in hopes that a secret admirer will make Mother feel better...
Pleasant vaudevillesque comedy with a TV movie feel stocked with (intentionally?) overacting players, based on a series of cases of mistaken identity, with lively dialogue and comedic situations.
