Short description
Margaret, a psychologist at an American university, and her assistant Tom are extremely suspicious of a group of mediums who claim to have paranormal powers. Hired from around the country, these two commonsensical scientists regularly unmask all kinds of charlatans who are overpaid to appear at sold-out shows - letting millions of people in pain believe they can manage their troubles. Until Simon, a charismatic medium who seems to actually have parapsychological powers, comes out of retirement.
