After losing both his wife in a tragic accident and the custody of his son, superstar model Derek Zoolander decides to withdraw from the public stage to the isolation of the mountains. Until the priestess of fashion Alexanya Atoz asks him back into the spotlight at a special show in Rome, alongside his old friend Hansel McDonald. The duo is then contacted by Valentina Valencia, an agent of Interpol’s Global Fashion Division, to help solve the mysterious murder of Justin Bieber and a slew of other pop stars...

Fifteen years after the original Ben Stiller comedy became a cult favorite with relative success in theaters, was another Derek Zoolander outing really necessary? Whether you’re a fan of the first Zoolander or just a lover of off-the-wall comedies, the answer is no. Zoolander 2 has more stars than humor, quickly becoming a series of sketches that are uninspired, poorly paced, with more or less serious cameo appearances by the likes of Benedict Cumberbatch, Kiefer Sutherland, Susan Sarandon, Milla Jovovich, Anna Wintour, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Ariana Grande, Susan Boyle, MC Hammer and Sting. Much ado about very little, with a serious shortage of gags and zingers. A comeback that is neither very convincing nor inspired makes Zoolander 2 an embarrassing waste of resources, with the sad result right there on-screen for all to see.
