Marc is a riot policeman who seems to have settled down, but his world turns upside down when he meets Kay at an extension course. At first, Marc fends off his colleague's advances, but soon he realizes he's drawn to him and a passionate affair begins. Drunk on the experience, Marc finds it increasingly difficult to pretend his family life still makes him happy.

Without depending all-too often on black-and-white stereotypes, director Stephan Lacant portrays the inner struggle of his main character sensitively and realistically, getting excellent performances from the entire cast. At the same time, his drama is a call to deal openly with same-sex love in movies – a thing that is long overdue.
