After gigantic monsters attacked, escaped from an underwater breach in the Pacific ocean, the Human race is getting ready for war. To face the fierce “Kaiju” (Japanese for “monster”) they launched the “Jaeger” program. Enormous steel soldiers piloted by new war heroes, these robots are they only thing that can stand between the Kaiju and the earth's population – it's only hope to escape the apocalypse.

Guillermo Del Toro's new blockbuster delivers everything it promised. The unique Mexican filmmaker and his limitless imagination give us a mind-blowing science-fiction action movie of cataclysmic scale that manages to also have a lot of heart. The film has its own visual identity, and in spite the humongous dimensions of it all, the characters are relatable and extremely loveable. Obviously entertaining, Pacific Rim is full of surprises. It speaks volumes of its director's remarkable creativity and will give the audience a truly memorable cinematic experience.
