Duke (Mark Burnham) is a cop who sells drugs (hidden inside dead rats!) to make ends meet. He also likes to hang out on his deck in his underwear and terrorize people with bad taste in music. His colleague De Luca (Eric Wareheim) tries to force women to show him their breasts. To settle a gambling debt, Sunshine (Steve Little) has to get rid of a body that is “75% dead” (Daniel Quinn), which Duke accidently shot. Rough (Erik Judor) thinks he’s a genius composer of techno, especially since a stiff came back to life while listening to his music. And finally Shirley (Arden Myrin) is no better than the rest of them: she blackmails Sunshine, who used to appear in gay porn mags, into giving her the money he discovered in his garden as he was digging a grave to bury the 75% dead man...

Pitch black humor and hilarious insanity rules this third movie by French director Quentin Dupieux, in which none of the characters are in their right mind. Wrong Cops’s grand finale involves Sunshine’s funeral with a eulogy by a completely stoned Duke. Not to be missed by fans of especially bizarre movies.
