Brilliant but disturbing. Before the screening I'd say I liked Amy Winehouse but knew little about her or her music. I was totally entranced by her and her astonishing voice. Ultimately, a very sad movie that made me cry, partly for her and partly for us -- the world that allowed it to happen, and the world that has been deprived of decades of her extraordinary talent as a singer, writer and interpreter. Highly recommended, but not always an easy watch.… Show more
