World of Warcraft by Sam Raimi

Sam Raimi is to direct the big-screen adaptation of the popular video game «World of Warcraft», which has more than 11.5 million active subscribers around the world.

The maker of the recent «Drag Me To Hell» will begin shooting once he's finished doing promotion for the fourth «Spider-Man», in other words, not before 2011.

The last version of the exceedingly popular «World of Warcraft» was sold 2.8 million times world-wide on the day it was released, November 13, 2008.
