David Carradine has been found dead, a rope around his neck, in his hotel room in Bangkok, where he was shooting a new project.

A prolific actor who easily made the transition from television to cinema and back, David Carradine found fame with the leading part in «Kung Fu», a 1970s American TV series. He was brought back to the limelight with the title-role in Quentin Tarantino's diptych, «Kill Bill».

David Carradine stars, now posthumously, in 6 independent productions planned for release in 2009-2010, genre films in line with the rest of his career: thrillers, action and horror films. He leaves behind three grown children and his wife of 5 years, Annie.
