Snoopy is a true master of courage and of demonstrating what friendship really is. He is the only one who can make a winner out of Charlie Brown, ending his status as the most adorable loser ever. To win the heart of the new girl a school, Charlie Brown embarks on a heroic adventure, during which he proves to the rest of the beloved "Peanuts" gang that he can do the impossible. Meanwhile, his most faithful companion Snoopy flies in the air in pursuit of his nemesis, the Red Baron.

There are two ways of watching the film adaptation of the adventures of Snoopy and Charlie Brown, characters that were created over sixty years ago by Charles M. Schulz: either as an anecdotal story that conceals its lack of ideas through a series of sight gags; or as a small, unpretentious bubble kitted out with beautiful art direction. Despite being made by Blue Sky, the studio behind smooth and noisy blockbusters like Ice Age and Rio, The Peanuts Movie is marvelously elegant and refreshingly simple. This makes it easy to forgive a story that is otherwise very bland, intended primarily for younger audiences.
