Warm Bodies
A zombie named R (Nicholas Hoult) falls in love with human Teresa Palmer – a zombie romance of a different kind.
After a horrible plague, most of America has turned into brainless zombies. The few left have barricaded themselves into a city against the undead. One day a zombie named R (Nicholas Hoult) saves Julie (Teresa Palmer) from a horde of the undead. Julie soon realizes R is different. R has taken over the memories of the brains he’s eaten and even has feelings. Although they have a spark, Julie has to go back to the city. But R has a plan to sneak past the barriers and see her again.
Buffy, Twilight, The Vampire Diaries – there are now untold vampire-human romances that were extremely successful on TV and in theaters. Warm Bodies offers up a new alternative: zombies. Although at first highly reminiscent of Twilight, Warm Bodies by director Jonathan Levine (All the Boys Love Mandy Lane) is well-cast with a murky atmosphere that doesn’t sink into cheesy emotionality. Instead of sticky-sweet kitsch, the focus is on black, ironic humor.

Apart from a bit disturbing scene (even for a comedy-drama, check imdb), but it's worth a shot
